Smaller unit for small quantities and quick turnaround — a handful of pallets that move in and out often.

House 3 — your own temperature
Its own refrigeration unit, so the temperature can be set to what your goods need — with monitoring of its own on top.
All three stand in the same hall — one delivery point, short distances, no shuttling between sites. Each house is monitored on its own and keeps its own temperature log.
